SK hynix Unveils Next-Gen HBM4 and Showcases HBM3E at CES 2026

At CES 2026, SK hynix debuted its next-generation HBM product, the "16-layer 48GB HBM4." This latest version follows the earlier 12-layer 36GB HBM4, which achieved the industry's highest data transfer rate of 11.7 Gbps. Development of the new HBM4 is progressing steadily in alignment with customer requirements.In addition, SK hynix exhibited its 12-layer 36GB HBM3E product. Alongside it, the company showcased GPU modules from global customer AI servers equipped with HBM3E, visually demonstrating its critical role and application value in AI systems.
