Phison Electronics has released its new client SSD controller chip, the PS5037-E37T, designed to deliver a full Gen5 performance experience for mainstream platforms. The PS5037-E37T is a DRAM-less controller that complies with the NVMe 2.0 standard and features a 4-channel NAND flash interface with a speed of 4800MT/s. It achieves sequential read/write speeds of up to 14.7 GB/s and 13.0 GB/s, respectively, and delivers random 4KB performance of up to 2,000K IOPS.
