Kioxia launched the KIOXIA BG7 series SSD

Kioxia launched the KIOXIA BG7 series SSD, the industry's first client solution incorporating its latest BiCS FLASH™ eighth-generation 3D flash memory and innovative CMOS directly bonded to array (CBA) technology, designed specifically for PC users. The SSD delivers random read/write speeds of up to 1,000,000 IOPS and sequential read speeds of up to 7,000 MB/s, representing approximate improvements of 10% and 16%, respectively, over the previous-generation KIOXIA BG6 series. Furthermore, thanks to CBA technology, efficient control circuitry, and an optimized SSD controller, the energy efficiency during sequential write operations has been enhanced by approximately 67%.
