Nanya Technology: Revenue Soars 95.1% Year-on-Year in 2025, Capital Expenditure to Reach NT$50 Billion This Year

In the fourth quarter of 2025, Nanya Technology's operating revenue reached NT$30.094 billion, an increase of 60.3% compared to the previous quarter. The quarterly DRAM ASP (Average Selling Price) rose by over 30% sequentially, while sales volume also grew by over 10%. The gross profit margin reached 49.0%, an improvement of 30.5 percentage points from Q3. The operating profit margin reached 39.1%, an improvement of 33.1 percentage points from Q3. Nanya Technology estimates its capital expenditure for 2026 to be approximately NT$50 billion. In contrast, the company's actual expenditure in 2025 was only NT$13.4 billion.
