According to Yonhap News on January 28, SK hynix has secured nearly two-thirds of Nvidia's HBM4 orders, primarily to supply its next-generation AI platform, "Vera Rubin." Samsung Electronics is expected to begin mass production of HBM4 as early as next month and is anticipated to supply the product to Nvidia.
