T-Head Unveils "Zhenwu 810E" AI Chip for Large Model Training and Inference

Alibaba's semiconductor arm, T-Head, has officially launched its "Zhenwu 810E," an all-in-one chip designed for AI training and inference. The new chip, listed on the T-Head website, utilizes up to 96GB of HBM2e memory to deliver high performance, high bandwidth, and low latency for large model applications.
