OpenAI Partners with Tech Giants to Unveil MRC Protocol

OpenAI announced that it has partnered with AMD, Broadcom, Intel, Microsoft and NVIDIA to launch Multi-path Reliable Connectivity (MRC), a new open networking protocol designed to enable large-scale AI training clusters to operate faster and more reliably while reducing wasted GPU time.
