SK hynix Reportedly Set for ADR Listing on July 10, Named "SKHY"

According to a report from Korean media inews24, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approval process and listing preparations now in their final stages, SK hynix's stock ticker has also been finalized and included in the filing documents. Industry insiders have revealed that SK hynix has decided to designate "SKHY" as the ticker symbol for its American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) to be listed in the U.S. It is understood that SK hynix convened a board meeting today to formally approve the resolution regarding the issuance of ADRs and the listing on the NASDAQ Global Select Market in the U.S. The ADR listing date is expected to be July 10 of next month.
