Micron expects $100M from Intel deal close

In a regulatory filing, Micron reveals the sale of Intel’s noncontrolling interest in IM Flash Technologies will close on October 31.

Micron expects to pay Intel $1.3B to $1.5B in cash at closing for the noncontrolling interest in IMFT and the IMFT member debt that's owed to Intel.

Micron sees a GAAP financial gain of about $100M.
