CXMT Debuts Latest DDR5 & LPDDR5X Portfolio

CXMT showcased the DDR5 & LPDDR5X on November 23, 2025.

The DDR5 product lineup features peak speed of 8000 Mbps and die density up to 24Gb. Multiple DDR5 modules products also met the public, including UDIMM、SODIMM、CUDIMM、CSODIMM、RDIMM、MRDIMM、TFF MRDIMM. CXMT's DDR5 product line will be innovative memory solutions for server, workstation and personal computer, meeting high-end market demands across diverse scenarios.

Concurrently, CXMT showcased its recently launched LPDDR5X series, designed for flagship mobile devices with a top speed of 10667 Mbps. The portfolio offers multiple packaging solutions with capacities including 12GB, 16GB, and 24GB.

The launch of these two key product lines, will expand global memory chip supply,  and deliver multiple memory solutions for downstream customers. CXMT is committed to supporting industry-wide memory upgrades and fostering ecosystem synergies.
