Recently, KYEC Corporation announced that its board of directors has approved an annual capital expenditure (capex) of $1.28 billion for 2026, marking a new all-time high. Looking back at 2025, KYEC revised up its capital expenditure twice in succession, lifting the full-year capex to $12.00 billion. This move signals the company’s optimistic outlook on the long-term semiconductor testing demand driven by AI and HPC applications.

It is reported that KYEC has successfully secured testing orders for next-generation products from a major US GPU client, with the testing phase for NVIDIA’s Rubin platform progressing steadily. Meanwhile, KYEC has also undertaken ASIC chip testing business for vendors including AWS TR3, TPU, and Meta. As demand for these orders is expected to expand further next year, KYEC is continuously expanding its production capacity to meet the growing needs of its clients.
