Nanya Technology's consolidated revenue for December 2025 reached NT$12.017 billion (approximately $373 million USD), up 18.18% month-on-month (MoM) and soaring 444.87% year-on-year (YoY), marking the second consecutive month of record performance. The recovery in market demand served as the primary driver for this growth.

For full-year 2025, Nanya Technology's cumulative consolidated revenue totaled NT$66.587 billion (approximately $2.07 billion USD), a 95% increase compared to the previous year. This significant acceleration in revenue momentum was propelled by strong gains in DRAM prices.
