Winbond Electronics reported November 2025 revenue of NT$8.63 billion (approximately $274.4 million USD), representing a year-on-year increase of 38.7% and a month-on-month growth of 4.92%. Cumulative revenue from January to November 2025 reached NT$79.636 billion (approximately $2.532 billion USD), a year-on-year increase of 5.85%.

The company stated that the AI boom has led to a capacity crowding-out effect, causing structural changes in DRAM supply and demand. The shortage in the DDR4 market is expected to persist in the short term, with analysts remaining optimistic about its future operational prospects. To address shortages in traditional DRAM and NOR products, Winbond's board of directors has approved raising capital expenditures to $1.1 billion USD. The company will adjust capacity allocation according to its established expansion plans, while balancing supply needs and production timelines in capital expenditure and production line planning. Winbond noted that some customers have expressed interest in signing supply contracts of up to six years to secure capacity in advance.
