Multiple SCAs Signed to Forge Links with Top Ecosystem Partners Along the Full Automotive Value Chain

Automotive platforms require a continuous supply of high-quality components over extended lifecycles, making the continuity and reliability of memory and storage solutions critical to large-scale vehicle production and delivery. 

Micron has officially announced that it has signed Strategic Customer Agreements (SCA) with a number of core Tier-1 suppliers and ecosystem partners in the global automotive industry. The collaboration roster includes industry leaders across the automotive supply chain, such as Qualcomm, Visteon, HARMAN, JOYNEXT, DENSO, Astemo, and Hyundai Mobis.

These agreements are among the SCAs discussed on Micron’s fiscal third-quarter 2026 financial conference call, which mark a crucial step in the company's deep commitment to the automotive memory ecosystem and the enhancement of its in-vehicle supply chain framework. By forging close ties with leading players across the upstream and downstream automotive value chain, Micron is further streamlining technology collaboration and supply channels, with a focus on the megatrends of intelligent vehicles and AI-enabled automotive platforms, while securing ample high-end memory production capacity and technological resources to support the industry's long-term growth.

Restructuring the Supply Chain Framework to Balance Technology Evolution and Supply Stability

These newly signed SCAs deliver mutual benefits for the entire automotive ecosystem.

For Micron, the agreements provide clear long-term visibility into market demand and production planning, enabling the company to precisely optimize capacity deployment, rationally allocate manufacturing resources, and enhance the mass-production efficiency and delivery capabilities of its automotive memory products.
