Q2 Net Profit Reaches RMB 6.7 Billion, H1 Performance Surges YoY
In the second quarter of 2026, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 14.18 billion, up 43.1% quarter-on-quarter and 138.7% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached RMB 6.715 billion, up 73.9% quarter-on-quarter and 3,930.9% year-on-year; and net profit attributable to parent company excluding non-recurring items was RMB 6.105 billion, up 54.8% quarter-on-quarter and 2,506.1% year-on-year.
In the first half of 2026, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 24.088 billion, up 136.26% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 10.577 billion, up 71,528.66% year-on-year; and net profit attributable to parent company excluding non-recurring items was RMB 10.047 billion, up 31,096.33% year-on-year. As of June 30, Longsys' inventory reached RMB 25.777 billion.
Several Growth Engines Fire Together, Enterprise Storage Revenue More Than Doubles YoY
During the reporting period, benefiting from the growth in storage demand driven by AI applications, edge AI, overseas business, enterprise storage, and automotive-grade storage jointly promoted the company's performance growth. In the first half of 2026, Longsys' enterprise storage business revenue reached RMB 2.14 billion, up 208.80% year-on-year.
The company stated in the report that it continues to deepen its storage business presence in AI servers and data centers, with enterprise storage products having been successfully integrated into the supply chains of some leading internet companies and server manufacturers.
Cumulative Self-Developed Controller Chips Exceed 280 Million Units; 5nm UFS 4.1 Enters Mass Production and Shipment
Longsys continues to advance the deep application of self-developed controller chips in mid-to-high-end storage products. As of the date of this report, the company's self-designed controller chips have cumulatively produced over 280 million units. In addition, the company's self-developed 5nm advanced-process UFS 4.1 controller chip, with its exceptional performance, has established deep ecosystem collaborations with multiple core wafer foundries and achieved large-scale application. UFS 4.1 products equipped with the self-developed controller chip have entered mass production and shipment.
