Memory packaging and testing specialist Powertech Technology (PTI) has announced April consolidated revenues grew 2.8% sequentially to NT$3.375 billion (US$109.7 million).
PTI expects to post revenue growth of 5-10% sequentially in the second quarter of 2015. Monthly revenues during the quarter would be able to register sequential growth, PTI president Hung Jia-yu said at the company's recent investors meeting.
PTI's revenues totaled NT$12.81 billion for the first four months of 2015, rising 1.4% on year.
