It is said that the company has begun selecting advisors for this process, with Chinese funds and local enterprises being potential investors. Additional reports indicate that SK hynix is considering a plan to retain a minority stake in the Chongqing plant after the transaction is completed. However, as discussions are still in the early stages, the eventual consummation of the deal remains uncertain. SK hynix stated that it is exploring multiple options to enhance business competitiveness, but no decisions have been made at this time.
