SK Hynix Mass-Produces 192GB 1c LPDDR5X SOCAMM2

SK Hynix announced on April 20th that it has officially begun mass production of its 192GB SOCAMM2 product, based on sixth-generation 10nm (1c) LPDDR5X low-power DRAM. This module is optimized for high-performance AI computing and designed for the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform, aiming to alleviate storage bottlenecks in AI infrastructure.

Compared to traditional RDIMMs, SOCAMM2 offers more than double the bandwidth and reduces power consumption by over 75%, fundamentally solving the storage bottleneck in training and inference of large models with hundreds of billions of parameters, and significantly improving system processing speed.
