NVIDIA Vera Rubin Ramps Into Full Production

NVIDIA has announced that the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform is now in full production, powering AI factories worldwide. More than 350 partners from NVIDIA's supply chain ecosystem across 30 countries, including over 150 in Taiwan, are involved in the production of Vera Rubin. Additionally, according to Korean media reports, Jensen Huang stated at the NVIDIA GTC Taipei conference that Vera Rubin uses TSMC's 3nm process and 2.5D packaging, and is equipped with HBM4 memory produced by Micron, SK Hynix, and Samsung Electronics.
