Beijing Changxin Jidian Memory Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing CXJC") recently underwent changes in its industrial and commercial registration, with its registered capital increasing from approximately RMB 50.85 billion to about RMB 60.18 billion, representing an increase of roughly 18%. Established in August 2016, Beijing CXJC is legally represented by Zhao Lun, and its business scope includes integrated circuit design, manufacturing of IC chips and products, and integrated circuit manufacturing. In terms of shareholding structure, the company is jointly held by Changxin Memory Technologies Group Co., Ltd., Beijing E-Town International Investment and Development Co., Ltd., and other shareholders.
