Micron Technology plans to increase its HBM4 production capacity

According to industry reports, Micron Technology plans to increase its HBM4 production capacity to 15,000 wafers per month this year. Industry estimates indicate that Micron's total HBM production capacity is approximately 55,000 wafers per month, meaning this planned increase of 15,000 wafers represents nearly 30% of the company's total HBM capacity. Micron is expected to commence mass production of HBM4 in the second quarter, following the completion of performance evaluations with NVIDIA.
