SK hynix to Complete Improved HBM4 Wafer Production by Month-End, Deliver 12-Layer Samples to NVIDIA in Early Jan

According to a report by South Korean media outlet dealsite, SK hynix's HBM4 wafers with improved circuits will complete wafer production by the end of this month. The company will deliver the final samples of its next-generation 12-layer HBM4 memory to NVIDIA in early January next year.
