It is rumored that Samsung to Adopt Domestically Produced EUV Blank Masks in Its Process​

According to Korean media reports, Samsung Electronics is evaluating EUV blank masks supplied by Korean company S&S Tech, with the goal of implementing them in the second quarter. The evaluation is currently in its final stage and is expected to be completed this month or next. Samsung has historically relied entirely on imported EUV photomask blanks, with a particularly high dependence on Japanese suppliers such as Hoya and AGC, which have accounted for the majority of its supply.
