Nvidia Invests $2 Billion in CoreWeave to Co-Build 5GW AI Factory

According to reports, Nvidia has announced a $2 billion investment in AI cloud service provider CoreWeave to deepen their collaboration. Nvidia acquired Class A common shares at a price of $87.20 per share. The two companies plan to jointly build a 5 gigawatt "AI factory" by 2030 to meet the rapidly increasing global demand for AI computing power.
